This mindfulness and yoga workshop is designed specifically for teens.

The workshop will include:
yoga, art, and relaxation.
Please pack a lunch and wear comfortable clothing.

Jennifer Randle, E-RYT500 has a degree in Secondary English Education and has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2003. A mother of three busy children, Jennifer values the importance of sharing mindfulness with young people.
Katie Huber, RYT-500, RCYT, began her personal yoga journey in 1999 and has been teaching since 2008. Katie through a curiosity of learning, has found yoga, mindfulness and an appreciation for nature helps her to keep pace with her busy lifestyle which includes being a mom of three children.
