In this training, you'll learn more about how trauma affects the brain and body and how yoga and meditation can be adapted to be less directive and more welcoming for those living with trauma.
Audience: yoga teachers and professionals interested in better understanding trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation techniques that may be useful in classes, private yoga sessions, or clinical practice.
